Delivery and Returns

Depending on your order, we typically aim to delivery your products within 3 - 5 working days from the order date. Depending on the order value we will aim to send to you in the quickest possible timescale. We use Royal Mail and other couriers dependant on the product to be shipped. However for orders from Smart Solar allow 7 - 10 working days as products are shipped from the factory. Free Delivery (orders over £50.00) Delivery costs £4.95 flat rate per order (Orders under £50)

We will do our best to fulfil all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock we will contact you to advise of any delay, or suggest an alternative item.
